Formerly an old coach house building, this property was being used as a garage when it was acquired by our client. Originally configured as a single-story workshop, it has now been transformed into a charming 5-bed student house

Urbanex engaged in all aspects of the development including the design and planning process to ensure that the investment yield was maximised. This was achieved by taking the building back to bare brick and fully converting the previously unused upper floor space to create a two-story house, incorporating an open-plan living, dining room and kitchen, plus one bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor and four bedrooms and a further bathroom upstairs.
