The Process
Involved from project inception, Urbanex once again assisted in taking the building owners through the design and planning process so as to ensure that the investment yield was maximised. This was achieved by securing planning permission for a two storey extension to the rear in addition to full conversion of the previously unused loft space to provide a total of 12 bedrooms across the two new flats with luxury dining kitchens in each flat acting as large communal areas.
The Result
The ground floor was redeveloped to provide a larger floor area with conversion to high-specification office accommodation. The finished project was delivered on time and on budget and subsequently achieved an excellent commercial valuation.
